Rockliffe Hall will hold the northern Trilby Tour 2012 Championship of Durham within its magnificent grounds. Designed by award winning course architect Marc Westenborg, Hawtree Ltd, the course is one of the longest and most challenging courses in European golf.

The Course
The championship golf course at Rockliffe Hall, with its outstanding clubhouse, is already tipped as a future Ryder Cup venue and one of the most talked about courses in the North East.

Designed by award winning course architect Marc Westenborg, Hawtree Ltd, the course is one of the longest and most challenging courses in European golf. Whilst designed to give tour professionals a true test, the five individually designed tee positions allow players of all abilities the chance to enjoy a quite an unforgettable golfing experience.

Encased in 375 acres of stunning countryside and situated on the banks of the river Tees, the course has been created with the environment in mind, introducing three new lakes and eight beautiful reed beds which fit seamlessly into the County Durham countryside. Golfers can enjoy an enhanced playing experience which also includes an iconic clubhouse offering luxurious changing facilities, spike bar and lounge with panoramic views over the course.

Pre Championship Qualifying Events

 

Missed your chance to enter the 2012 Trilby Tour, or just fancy another shot? Well here is your ticket into one of the regional championships.

Rockliffe Hall will be holding a Pre Championship Qualifying Event to win a place in their Regional Championship. Entry into the 2012 tour is now FULL, however should you win the event, the world is your oyster! 

Trilby Tour players are welcome to enter the Pre Championship Qualifying Events if they wish to have a chance in winning an entry into an additional Regional Championship. The Pre Championship Qualifying Events are open events and welcome non Trilby Tour members. You can enter as many Pre Championship Qualifying Events as you wish! In each competition the field will compete for the one slot available in a Regional Championship Event, the top score wins a full entry including a complete William Hunt outfit and bespoke Callaway Golf Bag.

Please note the qualifying events are hosted by the clubs and are not Trilby Tour televised events.
