How do I choose my outfit?

You need to log in and select one item from each category.

Help - I keep coming up with an error and cannot complete checkout

Be sure to only select one item from each category. If you choose more than one of each then you will not be able to complete checkout.

Why can't I log in?

Only confirmed players who have paid their entry in full and chosen their region can log in and choose their outfit. 

I have paid my deposit. Can I still choose an outfit?

No - you will need to pay the remainder of your entry fee and select a region to play in before you are able to choose your outfit.

I can't remember my login details. Can you help?

You will need to log in with your email address and the password sent to you. If you have lost your password select the Forgotten Password option . Your password will then be emailed to you. We recommend you change your password to something more memorable after you first login. Alternatively email us via the Contact form and we will reset your password.

How can I choose my trilby hat, caddy outfit and Callaway Golf Bag?

You will be able to pick up your trilby hat, caddy outfit and Callaway Golf bag on the day of your chosen tournament 

Can I return/exchange my outfit if I change my mind?

No returns or exchanges are permitted. Please ensure you make the right choice as we cannot offer an alternative outfit.

Can I keep these items after after the event?

Yes all these items are yours to keep - this includes  1 x Top, 1 x Trousers, 1 x Trilby Hat, 1 x Belt, 1 x Caddy Outfit and 1 x Callaway Bag (total package worth over £550)

Do I need to alter the trouser leg length?

Yes you may need to make alterations as trousers are supplied in one length only. Please ensure to make the necessary alterations in time for your event.

How do I checkout?

Select your items and add them to your shopping bag. Select the checkout option. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

How much is delivery?

Your entire order and delivery is free.

How will my goods be delivered?

All items will be sent by courier with a tracking code. This code will be emailed to you when the goods are dispatched. All goods will need to be signed for. We cannot take any responsibility for goods sent to the wrong address supplied by you.
