You are required to update your Trilby Tour account with relevant handicap information no later than 2 weeks after your venue entry – Anyone who has not updated their account with all current club and handicap information by this date is in danger of having their entry forfeited. It is your responsibility to keep your account updated. Please login to the Trilby Tour website and select 'Update My Info' from the user menu and update the following information:

 Exact Handicap

 Playing Handicap 

 Club Name (That issues handicap) 

 CDH (Handicap ID)

 Club Contact details (Including web address)

It is your responsibility to bring an up-to-date handicap certificate with you on the day of the event. Handicap certificates should be issued by the same CONGU affiliated golf club that you have provided information for in your account and must be issued and signed no longer than 14 days before your event. Certificated handicap should be printed on club headed paper (club stamp is also acceptable). A template which includes all of the required information is included for download here. You are responsible for making sure that the handicap information you provide for your account is correct and that it correlates with the information on the handicap certificate you bring with you on the day of the event. Incorrect information provided could lead to disqualification. If you do not provide proof of your handicap you will not be able to play on the day. This rule will also be applicable at the Trilby Tour Finals where a current certificate will be required.
