Entry to the William Hunt Trilby Tour 2011 - NOW OPEN!

Don't miss out on entering next year's biggest and best amateur golf tournament all screened on Sky Sports. The Trilby Tour is the only event of its kind to make players feel like a pro star for a day with a unique playoff and Winner Takes All format.

Hailed by the national papers as 'a British golfing phenomenon' and described as 'the Augusta National meets Goldfinger,' the Trilby Tour gears up for another action-packed event in summer 2011 with venues planned across England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales

The tour has built up a dedicated following with players coming back each year, calling it 'the best golfing experience ever' and 2011 is expected to sell out in a matter of weeks.

Founder William Hunt says
" 2010 has been a phenomenal year for us – the feedback from players and the clubs have been fantastic. The Trilby Tour is all about giving normal guys a chance to look and feel like a golfing superstar for the day. This year's event has been terrific, we really pushed the boat out and made the day special. To watch grown men shaking at the first tee is what this competition is all about.

For next year I've already got ideas on how to make it even bigger and better and am already looking at a selection of top clubs across the country and abroad. I'm confident that 2011 is going to be exceptional year for the Trilby Tour."

How do I enter?
To enter you will need to register as a member first. Login and go to the User menu on the right hand side and select 'ENTER 2011 HERE' * Pay a £50 deposit to secure your place in the 2011 event.

You will need to complete your entry and choose your region within 14 days after the clubs are announced. Places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Upon completion of entry all competitors will receive a William Hunt outfit, an outfit for their caddy and bag.

2010 - what a year it's been! The Tour criss-crossed the breadth of England, Ireland and Scotland to finish at the Buckinghamshire for a grand showdown!

We drew players from across the home nations to take part in a spectacular 10 day event spread across 3 countries, 8 regional championships and 9 clubs. The Irish Times called us 'the Augusta National meets Goldfinger," whilst the Daily Record hailed us 'a British Golfing phenomenon."
